Can I just paint eyeshadow without eyeliner?

It is okay to use only the eye shadow but not the eyeliner. It does not affect the eyeliner. The eyeliner makes the eyes look more shape, more like bright eyes. Dip your fingertips and choose the base color eye shadow to apply to the eye sockets, and then fill the entire eye sockets. Brighten the eyes. Then dip in the golden brown eyeshadow and fill the back half of the eye socket, the deep feeling will be more obvious. Dip the eye shadow cotton into the dark brown eye shadow and smudge it along the tail of the lower eyelid.
